Dark chocolate and salted caramel cupcake the cupcake confession

These dark chocolate and salted caramel cupcakes involve decadent Devil’s food cake cupcakes filled with lush salted caramel sauce surprise in the centre of the cupcakes. The cupcakes are then frosted with salted caramel buttercream made by using the boiled milk buttercream frosting technique.
