Time to make some delicious Applesauce Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting for the Fall Arty-Cupcake Challenge with a simple easy-to-do cupcake stand! ! I hope you enjoy the recipe listed below!

▶ Recipe: Cupcake
2 cups all purpose flour | 2 tsp. baking powder | 1/2 tsp. salt | 3/4 tsp. cinnamon | 1/2 tsp. ginger | 1/8 ground cloves | 1 stick softened, unsalted butter | 1 cup packed light brown sugar |2 eggs | 1 tsp. vanilla extract | 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
▶ Frosting the Tops :
8 ounces softened cream cheese | 6 T. unsalted butter | 1 tsp. vanilla extract | 2 Cups. confectionery sugar | 1 tsp. cinnamon

▶ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices together with a whisk. Beat butter, brown sugar and vanilla together until fluffy. Add in eggs and then applesauce, beat together well. Pour batter into cupcake pan with or without liners and bake for approx. 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Once they are cool ~ Frost the tops.

▶ Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla together in mixer until light and fluffy. Add in confectionery sugar and cinnamon, beat until well mixed and fluffy. Embellish tops with cinnamon disk candy and spice drop leaves.
Cupcake stand ~ Use E6000 to glue both pieces together
