Fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes!! Ft. Sam(watch till the end!!)

Vanilla cupcakes are one of the most popular desserts. The fluffy cupcake topped with mounds of delicate and delicious frosting, make these elegant and fun at the same time! And they’re the perfect treat for parties-or whenever you’re in a cupcake mood. 🙂

Fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes:
Unsalted Butter softened – 1/2 cup/113 grams
Granulated Sugar – 3/4 cup/150 grams
Eggs – 2
Pure Vanilla Extract – 2 tsp/10 milliliters
Buttermilk – 1/2 cup/125 milliliters
All-purpose flour – 1 1/4 cups/150 grams
Baking Powder – 1 1/4 tsp/5 grams
Salt – 1/2 tsp/2.9 gram
Pour batter in muffin cups or floured and greased muffin pans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of one of the cupcakes comes out mostly clean with some moist crumbs.
Cool completely(I really mean it, it can take up to two hours!) before frosting with your favorite frosting!
